They show what the “Automatic invoice reminders” and “Automatic meeting notes and tasks” offers do, using the data of a fictional business (Atelier Exemple) and a test mailbox: no email went out over the internet. The videos are in French, silent, with French captions.
Six fake invoices. Depending on how late each one is, the automation sends a friendly reminder or a firmer follow-up, and it prepares a formal demand letter (mise en demeure) for the business's manager: she checks it and sends it herself by registered post. The automation never sends that letter on its own.
It is set up to run by itself Monday to Friday at 9:00; for the demo, I started it by hand.
From the raw notes of an invented team meeting, Claude (an AI) pulls out the tasks. Each task gets an owner and, when the notes give one, a date. An idea that is too vague stays visible, marked “À définir” (“to be defined”), instead of getting lost. The tasks are added to an Excel table, and the meeting summary is emailed to the three team members.
I started it by hand for the demo. Claude takes about 43 seconds to read the notes: in the video, that wait is sped up eight times and labelled on screen. The task table is redrawn from the Excel file this run wrote.
