E-invoicing in France

E-invoicing is becoming mandatory in France

It covers invoices between businesses, including micro-businesses. A good moment to put your whole quote, invoice and reminder cycle in order.

  1. Receiving

Every business, whatever its size, must be able to receive invoices electronically.

    In force
  2. Sending

SMEs and micro-businesses will also have to send their invoices to other businesses electronically, through an approved platform (plateforme agréée).

Public tools you can open and test yourself.

Watch the two demos (in French)

  • Twenty writing assistants published on Agensi for freelancers: proposals, call summaries, monthly reports, invoice follow-ups, procedures. Four are free.
  • An open-source assistant on GitHub, under the MIT licence, that turns call notes into an action list with an owner and a date on every line.
  • A free reminder-letter generator (in French) on this site: a polite reminder, a firmer follow-up or a formal demand letter, drafted in a minute.
  • Four client-paperwork kits: Word and Google Docs templates, sold on Etsy and Gumroad.

How it works

Four steps, and you stay in control

  1. You describe the task

Through the contact form or by email. A few lines are enough.

  2. I'll call you, if useful

After reading your message: 20 minutes, free, no obligation. We look at how you work today and which tools you use.

  3. A written quote

Within one working day: a fixed price, a timeline, and exactly what is and isn't included.

  4. Set-up and handover

On your own accounts, which you connect yourself. You get a written guide and, depending on the offer, a short video.
