€49/month. I check that everything keeps running and make small changes (wording, dates, recipients). No minimum term; cancel with a simple email.

Incompatible tools: nothing to pay

I check your tools during the call, before any payment. If automation isn't possible in your set-up, I'll tell you, and you pay nothing.

FAQ

Questions before we start

I'm not technical. Is this for me?

Yes. There is nothing to install or code. During set-up you log in to your own accounts yourself (a few minutes, with my guidance). After that, the automation runs on its own.

Are there costs on top of the price?

Sometimes. An automation needs a service that runs continuously, and some steps use AI that is paid per use. If so, the cost is written on the quote and you pay the provider directly, with no mark-up from me.

Which tools does it work with?

Email: Gmail or Outlook. Spreadsheets: Google Sheets or Excel online. Invoicing: your software if it allows it, otherwise a simple spreadsheet. I check your tools during the call, before any payment.

What about my data?

It stays in your tools, on accounts in your name. When a step uses AI, the text involved is sent to the chosen AI service (for example Claude, by Anthropic); the quote says so.

Are you an e-invoicing platform?

No. I'm not an approved platform and I don't issue invoices for you. I set up your tools and reminders around the platform you choose.

What if something stops working?

For 30 days after delivery, I fix any defect in what I delivered at no cost. After that, it's covered by monthly support at €49/month, or I'll quote for the fix.

How does payment work?

By bank transfer, against an invoice: 50% when you order and the balance on delivery. For the €149 AI assistant, the full amount when you order.
